The creation of a 3D tour consists of three stages:
- Initial site visit
Following a face-to-face meeting to discuss your requirements and tailor them to your project, we arrange a joint appointment for the on-site photography. - 3D scan
Next comes the scan, which can take several hours. It can also be spread over several days, depending on the weather and lighting conditions. - Post-production
In the third and final step, post-production involves double-checking all details, making adjustments, setting information points, etc. We will then provide you with your footage via a link.
A specialised 3D scanner (Lidar) and proprietary software map your surroundings. The high scanning speed enables comprehensive scans to be produced in a short time and allows even complex geometries to be captured.
In principle, we do not require any specific documents. A viewing or the following details are sufficient:
• Location
• Floor area in square metres
• Number of rooms and floors
• A brief description of the lighting conditions.
• Special features: numerous mirrors, glass features or distinctive items, such as pictures, where a photograph is important.
• Details regarding public access
For larger properties, a personal viewing is essential.
Yes, changes are possible; all you need to do is re-record the section that has been changed.
First, your 3D data and photos are saved on the iPad connected to the camera.
For further processing, this data is transferred to a specially secured cloud system for rendering.
There, the data is processed and the rendered model is saved for display. All information and data are treated confidentially and with the utmost care. We also guarantee data security through multiple backups.
That is, of course, entirely up to you. Once post-production is complete, only you will initially have access to your recording.
You can make the recording publicly available on your website or in a secure area requiring a login.
No – it is not possible to save the data locally via the web browser display, as the display is generated dynamically.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this. Every property and every shoot is unique. The price depends on various factors, such as the size, number of floors and the outdoor area.
A 3D tour for a flat starts at around €400–€500, whilst for a hotel complex, the price is in the higher four-figure range.
Of course! We can save any object or room as an OBJ file. Simply import this file into your 3D software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Recab, etc.) and get started.
If the highest precision is required, we can also provide surveying services using a LIDAR system (Leica BLK360 or similar) on request.
